Data Processing Agreement

New Media Arts Inc has a data processing agreement with Contabo GmbH, according to Article 28 of the GDPR.

Concerning the names in the agreement:

• Iain McCracken, the company contact listed in the document, is the Director in charge of our technology, including web presence.
• Contabo is the service provider that hosts the VPS (Virtual Private Server) that holds our websites and the NMA OpenSim grid.

The VPS is hosted in Contabo's United States West data center, which is located in Seattle, Washington.
